Surplus Equipment

The Comptroller conducts public auctions of surplus tangible equipment. These auctions allow the County an opportunity to recover part of its expenditures for equipment and vehicles, and provide the citizens with a fair and open opportunity to purchase these items.

Tax Deed

The Tax Deed sales office is located at 109 E. Church St, in Downtown Orlando FL. (click here to see map). Information concerning Tax Deed Sales may be obtained by researching available information on this web site (see below), by visiting our office, or by calling (407) 836-5116 during normal business hours. The file folder on each property to be sold is available on this web site. Customer service personnel will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. All sales start at 10 am.

The list of Lands Available for Taxes are properties which were offered, but not purchased, at a Tax Deed sale.  After 90 days, any person or governmental unit may purchase the land for the opening bid, plus omitted years taxes, as cited in section 197.542(1), Florida Statutes. View Statute.
