The Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners (Clerk) is responsible for keeping accurate minutes of each Board of County Commissioners (BCC) meeting. The Clerk is also responsible for maintaining the official copy of all BCC records. In addition to the BCC meeting minutes, the Clerk provides electronic copies of all official BCC records, public hearing information including notices and staff reports, supporting documentation and audio/video proceedings.

The Clerk maintains a pending list of incomplete BCC records. The 2017 First Quarter Pending Documents List is available for viewing below. This list is updated online quarterly.
The Clerk also maintains a list of all agreements approved by the BCC dating back to 1966 . The index is available for viewing below.
As Clerk of the BCC, the Clerk also oversees the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) process, serving as Clerk to the elected and appointed members of the VAB and distributing information to Orange County property owners and the Property Appraisers Office.
